REGISTRATION OPTION 1

Welcome reception (04/18/2024) | Reception (04/19/2024) | Cocktail reception/Dinner (04/20/2024)

AOS Members Only = $450.00 | Guest = $200.00 (includes breakfast every morning, all receptions, and dinner)

Note: This year we have decided to decrease the registration fee down to $450 for a single and add a separate registration fee of $200 for spouse/guest primarily due to an increase in number of members attending alone but also increasing hotel costs associated with having the meeting. Kids attending that are 10 years and under are free with a $75 registration fee for kids 11 years old and up per child.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, but want to attend social events.

Attend the reception ONLY on 04/18/2024 or reception on 04/19/2024 = $50.00 per person, per event

Cocktail reception & dinner ONLY 040/20/2024 = $175.00 per person

Note:
Meals for kids 10 years old and under are free.  Kids 11 years old and up are $50.00 per child.

SPRING MEETING 2024 ABSTRACT FORM
Abstracts & objectives can be submitted in place of presentations by March 1, 2024 with the understanding that presentations will be given to the CME office after our activity.

Please schedule on your own activities (Golf, Spa, Billiard Room, Teen Scene Game Room, Resort activities (daily schedules), Outdoor pools, Fitness Center, and various restaurants and a Starbucks)

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before, March 28, 2024 to receive group rate. Rate: $339.00 per room, per night, plus tax | Resort fee: Mandatory at $30/day
